The product may have a slight variation of tone or shade between sample & actual stock.
Please verify all merchandise that you receive, in the case that there is anything visible with which you do not agree, please notify the office within 24 hours after pick-up or delivery.
Dr. Surfaces. Will not accept responsibility for any defective merchandise that has been installed, if these defects were visible prior to installment.
Polished porcelain may have variations in color, shinning effect and smoothness. These variations are effected by light and brightness.
No claims will be accepted due to these changes in surface appearance.
If an inspection is requested and the results show there is not a problem with our products, the cost of the inspection will be charged to the customer.

Only complete boxes in original packaging will be accepted for return and exchange
All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days from the date of delivery with original invoice and previous consent on our part
An 18% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
A $30.00 fee on returned checks will be applied
The distributor or retailer is obligated to communicate this information to the final customer, in event they fail to do so, distributor or retailer shall indemnify Dr. Surfaces. For any claims made
Acceptance of materials is deemed acceptance of the terms & conditions of this agreement
If any claim is submitted the installed area must be inspected for a certified inspector.
We will replace without cost, if any material has manufacturing defects. Labor are excluded from this warranty.
Any product marked as "Liquidation" "Sales" "Clearance" or "Second choice" has no refund or return.
